T-Bone Steak

  • 250-300g T- Bone Steak

Vegetable Medley

  • 1-2 Squash (quartered)
  • 1 Red Onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 Zucchini, cut into 2 cm lengths and quartered
  • Balsamic Vinegar (optional)


  • Season steak with olive oil and salt (Alternatively use preferred meat rub)
  • Heat BBQ grill to medium to high heat. Cook steak for 3 mins and turnover and cook as desired (Well Done- Rare)
  • Combine all vegetables in a salad or mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with salt. Toss to combine and coat.
  • Heat BBQ hot plate to medium heat. Add Vegetables to hot plate and cook, turning to avoid overbrowning or burning.
  • Divide steak and vegetables amongst plates and serve.
